The Sheriff’s Office is at 710 Holder Road, close to the detention center but not the same custodian. A report request sent to Holder Road does not automatically obtain the Rodeo Circle intake file. Likewise, a jail booking does not supply the officer’s incident narrative. State the record type clearly so staff can route the inquiry without treating two separate documents as one.

An arrest report describes an officer’s action, and a booking record describes custody intake. A conviction appears only after a court enters a judgment of guilt. In Union Parish, the Clerk maintains filed pleadings, minutes, disposition, and sentence in the Third Judicial District Court file. BCII may later connect submitted arrest and outcome data, but different reporting schedules can leave a temporary or lasting gap.
