Official Union Parish criminal records must be requested from the public office that keeps them. The routing below distinguishes sheriff reports, detention records, court files, state criminal history, police reports, and expungement filings. This private website cannot retrieve, change, or certify those records.

This Is Not a Government Office. Union Parish Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve a criminal record, conduct an official background check, correct or remove a record, or accept an expungement filing. Contact the responsible public office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Use the following Union Parish contacts based on the record sought:

  • Court case files: use the Union Parish court case lookup guidance or call the Union Parish Clerk criminal and minute department
  • Criminal records and rap sheets: use the authorized Louisiana State Police BCII process; Louisiana has no unrestricted public statewide name search
  • Arrest reports: contact the agency whose officer created the report; UPSO Records handles only sheriff-created reports
  • Booking and current custody: call the Police Jury-operated Union Parish Detention Center at (318) 368-9827
  • Official background checks: follow the applicable Louisiana State Police BCII fingerprint and authorization channel
  • Expungement: obtain case information and file through the Union Parish Clerk for a qualifying Union Parish case
